1. Booking & Confirmation
- You can book directly through the Zing Rooms website using our online booking engine, or through our reservations team by phone, email or WhatsApp. Rooms are also available through leading online travel agencies.
- A 10% advance payment of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. For bookings where the scheduled arrival is within 2 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- No security deposit is required.
- Rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
- Guests must be 18 years or above to check in individually.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in starts at 12:00 noon and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability and applicable charges — please contact the Front Desk.
- A valid government-issued photo and address ID proof is mandatory at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as identification. Aadhaar is not specifically required; if a guest voluntarily provides Aadhaar as their identification, it is accepted.
- Children are welcome when accompanied by their guardian. One child below 10 years of age can stay free of charge using the existing bed in the room, with breakfast also provided free of charge. If an extra bed is required for the child, it is available at ₹500 per night.
- An additional adult may stay subject to the maximum occupancy of the room, at ₹1,000 per night including breakfast or ₹750 per night without breakfast. Extra beds are available subject to room configuration and availability.
- Visitors are not permitted in the guest residential areas. Visitors may be entertained in the lobby.
3. Payments & Pricing
- We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers and secure payment links. Online payments can also be made through the payment gateway on the Zing Rooms website.
- GST and other applicable taxes apply as per government regulations.
- Extra beds, meals and extended stays are charged separately.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time are eligible for a refund. The refundable amount will be processed after deducting a nominal ₹100 booking processing fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time will attract a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's tariff plus applicable taxes.
- A no-show attracts the full booking charges.
- For an early departure, 50% of the residual charges will apply.
- Corporate bookings are subject to their individually negotiated cancellation, no-show and early-termination terms.

5. Guest Conduct & Property Rules
- Guests must treat other guests and staff with respect.
- Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms. A designated smoking area is available at the property.
- Pets are not permitted at Zing Rooms.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
- Illegal activity, loud disturbances, or serious misconduct may result in the stay being ended without a refund.
6. Liability
Zing Rooms by Guest House Suites is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to safeguard their valuables and use all facilities at their own risk.
7. Website Usage
Content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. Copying or distributing website content without authorization is prohibited. Users are expected to provide accurate information when making enquiries or bookings.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
